A new study has found a link between obesity in children and migraines.
The researchers at the American headache society also found that the
more overweight the migraine suffering child was, the more severe his or
her headaches seemed to be. Headache is a very common problem. Everybody
has experienced headache of some kind or the other, like hypertension
headache, tension headache, caffeine headache, cluster headache and
alike. Many of them result from other health conditions. These are known
as "secondary headaches". Migraine due to obesity is one such headache.
Various
migraine headache treatments and migraine medications prove useless
until proper health regime is followed and obesity is kept at bay. The
primary causes of obesity are dietary and lifestyle practices, such as
overeating and lack of exercise. Hence, pay attention to your diet and
take good care so that you don't gain excessive weight.
