Do you feel like vomiting? If yes, it is nausea. Nausea
is a reaction to a number of causes that include overeating, infection,
or irritation of the throat or stomach lining. At times, it can be due
to headache as well. In that case, we call it headache nausea. Nausea
and vomiting may be accompanied by other symptoms, like abdominal pain,
headache fever and diarrhea. Nausea can be treated in many ways and if
it's due to headache, the treatment becomes easier. Sometimes, due to
soar throat, headache or constant headache, nausea can occur. Therefore,
it becomes necessary that you take measures against headache before it
turns into a severe headache and cause nausea. Some common nausea causes
can be viral infections, migraines, alcoholism, pregnancy headaches,
migraine medications and motion sickness. For more information on nausea

Treating nausea
is not all that difficult. You just need to know the reason behind it and
correct the same. Getting a breath of fresh air or getting away from
whatever causes nausea to you, is the easiest way towards nausea relief. Massage,
meditation, yoga, and other relaxation techniques can help prevent
stress-induced nausea. Drink lots of water so that your body remains
hydrated. Intake of fresh fruit is also advised. If these measures don't
help you, you may opt for headache medicine recommended by your headache
specialist. If none of it works, call your doctor immediately and take
his advice before it gets any worse.
