Nausea, or feeling sick to your stomach, is a common but uneasy condition. Feelings of nausea can range from faint repugnance to intense urge to throw up. Nausea is an exponent of some other aliment. Nausea medication: For those with serious nausea problem, these are highly effective, but cause some major side effects. Examples are: Compazine, Phenergan, Reglan, Thorazine, Tigan, Haldol (Haloperidol), Zofran (Ondansentron). If nausea dietary changes do not help, anti-nausea medications might help. If it is a serious drug try switch therapy. Nausea can be acute and short-lived, or it can be prolonged. Nausea can be psychological or physical in origin. Nausea and vomiting may accompany migraines. Usually, treating the migraine relieves the nausea. However, in some cases, the nausea and vomiting are debilitating or prevent a person from taking their migraine relief medications.
